Social Responsibility Policy Statement
Our company and all management recognize that complying with international labor standards and maintaining labor rights and related social responsibility policies are the basic conditions of a responsible company, and are also the expectations of stakeholders such as consumers, customers, the public and the government.
Our company promises to comply with national labor laws and regulations, international recognized labor standards, as well as other applicable industry standards and international conventions, and continuously improve working conditions and employee welfare. The company appoints management managers to be responsible for social responsibility management, establish, implement and maintain a good social responsibility management system, and extend this requirement to suppliers and subcontractors.
1）Prohibit and do not support the use of child labor, and do not accept any suppliers or subcontractors who use child labor or forced labor;
2）Do not hire any forced or involuntary labor, whether it is prison labor, slavery, bonded labor or other labor.
3）Respect the basic human rights of employees and prohibit and do not support any behavior that insults human dignity;
4）Respect employee freedom, prohibit any form of forced or compulsory labor;

7）Provide employees with a safe and healthy working environment, ensure their drinking water and sanitary facilities, fire safety, and adequate lighting and ventilation. The company will continuously improve our working conditions and comply with industry codes of conduct.
8）Reasonably arrange production plans and work schedules for employees, and provide reasonable vacation and leave.
9）Provide reasonable wages and benefits and comply with local legal requirements for minimum working hours, at least meeting the basic needs of employees.
10）Advocate business integrity and eliminate corruption.
11）Comply with all laws and regulations related to environmental protection and occupational health.
12）Our suppliers and customers should also comply with laws, regulations and business regulations in their respective countries.
